Burtville Developments has announced the launch of Bab Al Qasr Garden Residences 65, a premium branded residential development in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi.
Carrying the Bab Al Qasr hospitality brand, the project is being developed on the largest residential land plot in Masdar City, spanning more than 310,000sqft area, and will introduce a new benchmark for integrated communities that combine quality living, sustainability, luxury hospitality services, and long-term investment value, said a statement.
It offers fully furnished homes ranging from 1-5 bedroom residences, including duplexes and sky villas. The project also introduces private garden options for selected 1- and 2-bedroom residences, a first for Masdar City. The launch comes at a time when Abu Dhabi’s real estate market continues to experience strong growth, driven by increasing demand for integrated residential developments offering premium living environments, strategic locations, and world-class amenities, said the developer.
Burtville’s Bab Al Qasr Garden Residences 65 in Masdar City allocates 67% of its total land area to landscaped gardens, water features and outdoor recreational spaces, as the developer focuses on creating residential communities centred around green areas and outdoor amenities.
The development includes a 275m water canal, a 360m jogging track, sports facilities and open spaces designed to support residents’ leisure and wellbeing, the company said.
Located opposite Masdar City’s Central Park and along the city’s main boulevard, the project provides access to nearby educational, commercial and leisure facilities, while being a short distance from Zayed International Airport.
According to Burtville, the development operates under the Bab Al Qasr hospitality brand and offers residents access to optional hotel-style services. Buyers will also receive 5-year benefits including access to the private beach and swimming pool at Bab Al Qasr Hotel, discounts on hotel services and access to Yas Beach for eligible family members, it stated.
The development also includes 11 retail outlets designed to serve residents and the surrounding community, creating a vibrant mixed-use environment that caters to everyday lifestyle needs, it added.
