Meraas has awarded a contract to International Foundation Group (IFG) for commencement of groundworks at Nourelle. The move signals the next phase in the delivery of the premium residential development within Madinat Jumeirah Living, said the developer.
As per the terms of the contract, IFG is responsible for site preparation, as well as the design and construction of shoring and piling works for the development’s initial phase.
The award marks another important milestone in the delivery of Nourelle, reinforcing Meraas’ continued progress across Madinat Jumeirah Living and its broader residential development programme, Meraas said.
Nourelle comprises 236 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments across 3-contemporary residential buildings. A skybridge and landscaped sky gardens will connect the buildings, enhancing resident connectivity, while providing elevated communal spaces with panoramic views across the city, the developer explained.
