Wasl Properties has said that its ‘Wasl Link’ residential development is ready for leasing. The project is said to offer affordable units with superior finishing and fittings and will include gyms for men and women.

The project is in Muhaisnah, Dubai, and features 247 units comprising a total of eight studios, 95 one-, 129 two- and 15 three-bedroom apartments.

The launch forms part of Wasl Properties’ strategy to provide affordable housing options in established areas of Dubai, according to Zainab Mohammed, chief property management and marketing officer at Wasl Properties.

“It further consolidates Wasl’s vision to offer high-quality, customer-centric developments in key areas of the Emirate, expanding upon our portfolio and presenting residents the very best in urban living,” Mohammed said.

The project is said to be a short distance away from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road.
