Masah Contracting Company has announced that it has been signed up by Ajdan Real Estate Development for carrying out the construction work on a 40-storey tower being developed as part of its prime Ajdan Infinity Project located in Al Khobar in the Kingdom’s Eastern Province.

Spanning an area of 45,510sqm overlooking the Arabian Gulf, Ajdan Infinity features 3-high-rise residential towers of 35-, 40- and 45-floors respectively along with premium amenities. It is set for completion between late 2028 and mid-2029.

“This project marks another milestone for Masah Contracting and reflects our partners’ trust in our expertise and commitment to quality,” said a company spokesman.

“We sincerely thank Ajdan Real Estate Development Company for their continued trust and value in this partnership as we deliver another landmark project,” he added.

With this contract award, Ajdan Real Estate said the vertical work is transitioning from site enabling and infrastructure phases into main structural construction.

The entire contract work will be completed within 2 to 3 years, the company said.
